JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Floor Manager - Regent Street at Levi’s, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the fundamental link between our products and customers, whilst supporting and developing your retail team.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the management team in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities.
• Implement individual, daily, and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance through reports and updates to the management team.
• Collaborate with store operations and visual teams to ensure streamlined processes.
• Enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional 1-2-1 service and prioritizing customer needs.
• Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge sharing.
• Demonstrate passion for the brand and uphold our values.
• Possess strong customer service skills and experience in team management.
• Have a proven track record of developing and progressing team members.
• Experience in achieving and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail, with a good understanding of store operations.
