It is lively and fast-paced from morning to late, offering friendly and informal service at a landmark location.

Located on the ground floor, we serve as a casual all-day destination with outdoor seating overlooking Hyde Park.

Our offerings include a breakfast buffet with live cooking stations, an all-day à la carte menu, and a signature afternoon tea. Our modern British approach, blended with traditional and international flavors, creates a simple menu suitable for everyday treats, casual lunches, business meetings, or celebratory dinners.

Salary: £28,000 per year plus service charge

JOB OVERVIEW

The Restaurant Floor Manager collaborates closely with the Restaurant Management team to enhance the restaurant's performance, management, and reputation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Commercial Performance: Support achievement of restaurant targets, focusing on increasing the average check, team incentives, and guest satisfaction. Understand business metrics and support performance improvements. Optimize covers through effective diary management.
• Food & Beverage Quality: Deliver high-quality food and drinks, promote Hilton’s sustainability goals by managing waste and minimizing single-use items.
• Guest Experience: Lead shifts to ensure personalized service, develop customer relationships, review feedback, and manage online reputation.
• Work Environment: Support team development, foster inclusivity, manage daily duties efficiently, and communicate effectively.
• Operational Essentials: Ensure compliance with regulations, manage opening/closing procedures, control inventory, and follow safety standards.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
