Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage teams across store floors.
- Be a role model for delivering a world-class customer experience and train your team to do the same.
- Create an engaging working environment for colleagues.
- Provide on-the-spot feedback and celebrate successes.
Visual Merchandising
- Support in delivering meticulous store presentation, implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct brand.
Sales and Operations
- Drive store performance to its maximum potential, achieving and exceeding set goals.
- Lead the team to follow best practices supporting commercial goals and brand knowledge.

- Basic Salary: £33,222 per annum
