Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Floor Manager with strong leadership and communication skills to guide their team in achieving sales and KPI targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the store management team to ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards and addressing customer needs promptly.
  2. Drive store sales through effective merchandising, stock replenishment, and team motivation.
  3. Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as Sales, Conversion, Units, etc.
  4. Assist in optimizing financial performance by managing costs, including audits and wages.
  5. Lead, mentor, and develop store colleagues to enhance performance and engagement.
  6. Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally.
  7. Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  8. Support cash management tasks such as processing transactions and reconciling tills.
  9. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff.
  10. Offer feedback and coaching to improve colleague performance.
Role Objectives & KPIs:
  1. Achieve or exceed the store's monthly sales targets.
  2. Drive KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
  3. Meet upselling and cross-selling targets.
  4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
  5. Ensure stock accuracy during audits.
  6. Complete mandatory training for new colleagues.
  7. Achieve employee satisfaction and engagement survey benchmarks.
  8. Help keep operational costs within budget.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail/customer-facing environment.
  • Passion for retail and awareness of current trends and competitors.
  • Experience in coaching and developing staff.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attention to detail and commercial awareness; experience in visual merchandising is a plus.
  • Ability to promote JD Group values to stakeholders.
