Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is recruiting a Store Manager for the Trostre Road store in Llanelli. You will lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment, owning store performance, driving sales, and delivering a standout customer experience every day.

At the core, you’ll manage a high-energy team, make commercial decisions, optimize stock, and ensure KPI delivery across the store. Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential.
