Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation to deliver a sale-ready salesfloor.
• Coordinate resources to serve, sell and fill during shifts.
• Lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Allocate resources for the opening and closing of the store.
• Coach colleagues on One Best Way to drive productivity.
• Ensure quick, smooth payment experiences.
• Ensure daily operational processes run on time.
• Coordinate the team to keep store clean, safe and well-presented.
• Foster a great, inclusive team atmosphere.
• Model excellent Customer Service.
• Model M&S behaviours and Colleague expectations.
• Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations to raise performance.
• Support nearby stores if required.
• Be a key holder and respond to call-outs.
• Handle opening/closing tasks: vehicles, temperatures, helpdesk logs, cash handling, and TSL compliance.
