Marks & Spencer in Norwich is seeking a Team Support Manager to lead the fill operation and ensure a sales floor ready to trade. You will coordinate resources, coach colleagues on best practice, and act as key holder to support opening and closing procedures.

You will model outstanding customer service, uphold M&S behaviours, and assist Colleague Managers while supporting nearby stores when needed.

Formación

• Experience delivering high quality customer service in a fast paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team on the shop floor.
• Understanding of store operations and daily workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the fill operation to keep the salesfloor ready to trade.
• Coordinate resources to deliver operational tasks across the store.
• Coach colleagues on best practices and productivity, especially at opening.
• Manage resource allocation for quick payment experiences.
• Ensure daily processes run efficiently and the store remains safe and presentable.
• Act as key holder and support opening/closing duties when required.
