Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. You will act as Floor Supervisor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

The role requires availability on weekends and holidays, with at least 16 hours per week, and inclusion in peak periods to support business needs. Competitive starting hourly rate is £16.20, with strong growth opportunities and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Retail experience: at least 1 year preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• No supervisory/ management experience required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and show initiative.

Responsabilités

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
