Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead for our Glasgow store to supervise floor operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 16+ hours per week with weekend availability. Prior retail experience is preferred and a high school diploma is required; supervisory experience is not mandatory. You’ll join a dynamic, fashion-forward team dedicated to brand excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is preferred (minimum 1 year).
• Supervisory experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
