Job summary

The Hoxton is seeking an enthusiastic hospitality professional to lead daily restaurant and bar operations in the UK. You will ensure H&S compliance, run briefings, coordinate reservations, and collaborate with the culinary team on menus and stock management.

You will also handle cash reporting, labour scheduling, and support training to deliver memorable guest experiences. A strong team spirit and a passion for hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of hospitality culture and guest experience.
• Ability to multi-task and keep calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant/bar areas are safe and compliant with H&S standards for each shift.
• Run the daily briefing for the restaurant/bar team.
• Coordinate and run the reservations system.
• Draft floor plan based on covers.
• Support stock management for Food & Beverage and perform stock counts.
• Assist with training on wine, food and beverage menus.
• Handle cash and generate daily revenue reports as per SOPs.
• Schedule labour and staffing for shifts.
• Oversee service on floor and bar areas.
• Ensure safe opening and closing procedures for the restaurant.
• Collaborate with culinary team on menus and product availability.
