Job summary

The Hoxton is seeking an Apartment Host in London to welcome guests and manage day-to-day front-of-house duties. You’ll coordinate with the Sales and F&B teams to support meetings, events and guest experiences across the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy front-of-house role and making guests feel welcome.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Comfortable multitasking and coordinating with teams to deliver events.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and memorable experience for guests from welcome to departure.
• Act as gatekeeper for meeting room logistics and room setup.
• Maintain meeting room areas, ensure correct setup and tidiness.
• Support with billing, check-in/out for events, and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee food and beverage service in the space to meet guest expectations.
• Collaborate with hotel team to deliver great guest experiences from first contact to farewell.
• Handle basic admin like expenses, lists, and stationery orders.
• Learn and use tech tools (HDMI/USB, Mac/PC) as needed.
