Job summary

The Hoxton, Holborn is seeking a Floor Manager to join the team in London. You will lead the restaurant and bar service, coordinate reservations, and work closely with the culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You’ll drive service standards, manage stock and training, and ensure safe, smooth operations across shifts with a focus on hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality leadership within busy venues.
• Strong guest-service orientation with ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Ability to build and nurture long-lasting relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to service standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant and bar areas are H&S compliant for each shift.
• Run the daily briefing for the restaurant/bar team.
• Coordinate and operate the reservations system.
• Draft floor plan based on expected covers.
• Assist AGM and GM with F&B stock, ordering and stock counts.
• Support AGM on wine, food and beverage menu training.
• Handle cash and produce daily revenue reports per SOPs.
• Oversee service on the floor and bar.
• Ensure safe opening and closing procedures.
