Job summary

The Hoxton, Southwark is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the hotel’s day-to-day operations, from the restaurant and bars to the rooms. You will guide the team, uphold brand standards, and deliver the unique Hoxton guest experience in a fast-growing, international group.

You will work hands-on with your team, inspire guest-centred service, and create a supportive environment that recognises talent and drives commercial success while collaborating with central teams and ownership.

Qualifications

• Experienced, commercially savvy operator with prior similar role.
• Passion for hospitality and guest-centred service.
• Hands-on, willing to work shifts alongside the team.
• Leads by example with strong team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel management team in the successful operation of The Hoxton, Holborn.
• Take full responsibility for the commercial success of the property.
• Ensure brand standards live in the local market & neighbourhood.
• Create a brilliant guest experience that exceeds expectations and builds reputation.
• Develop people, provide growth opportunities and support their development.
• Manage relationships with central teams and owners.
