Job summary

The Hoxton, Southwark, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the property, delivering the distinctive Hoxton guest experience across Food & Beverage and Rooms.

You will steer the hotel leadership team, own commercial performance, and ensure brand standards are embedded in the local market while developing and supporting your people. This is a role within a fast-growing international group offering a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as hotel General Manager or similar role.
• Strong hospitality leadership with a guest-centric approach.
• Hands-on leader able to work shifts with the team.
