Flexo Printer – Night Shift
Daventry, Northamptonshire
£40,000 – £42,000 (including night shift allowance)
Monday to Thursday 21:00 – 06:15

We’re partnering with one of the UK’s leading innovators in premium packaging and labelling solutions, known for its high quality products, advanced print technology, and strong customer base across major household brands. They’re now looking for an experienced Flexo Printer to join their skilled night shift team at their modern Daventry facility. This is a full time, permanent position offering stability, technical challenge, and ongoing professional development.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running and maintaining flexographic printing presses to achieve consistently high quality output.

• Setting up jobs, adjusting settings, and monitoring print quality, colour, and registration throughout each run.

• Operating and maintaining finishing equipment such as die cutters, slitters, and rewinders.

• Ensuring smooth workflow by working closely with the production, quality, and maintenance teams.

• Following company procedures to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and health & safety compliance.

What they’re looking for:

• Proven experience operating flexographic printing machines within packaging or label production.

• A self motivated team player who’s comfortable working independently on night shifts.

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on colour consistency and print quality.

• Confident using in house production systems and basic IT tools.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus points for:

• Experience working within ISO or GMP-certified environments.

• Background in rotary or flatbed flexo and/or screen printing.

• Solid troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
