Job summary

Pertemps Bond is hiring a Warehouse Admin Clerk in the Dudley area. The role involves handling daily interactions with drivers and customers, processing orders, invoices, and stock movements in a busy warehouse environment. Flexible hours and a path to permanent employment are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse administration, logistics administration or similar role.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to confidently interact with drivers, customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with delivery drivers, couriers and customers daily.
• Answering calls and handling customer queries.
• Booking deliveries and assisting with customer orders.
• Printing invoices, purchase orders and delivery paperwork.
• Checking deliveries against orders and reporting discrepancies.
• Booking stock in/out using the system and preparing paperwork for deliveries.
• Liaising with suppliers to arrange deliveries.
• Processing customer collections and ensuring paperwork is complete.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and a tidy workspace.
• Following company procedures and health & safety requirements.
