The Best Connection is seeking a Warehouse Admin to support a busy logistics operation in Heathfield. Duties include processing orders, updating stock records and preparing delivery paperwork.

You will book deliveries, liaise with drivers, and maintain accurate records with attention to detail. The role is temp to perm, with weekly pay and a quick 15-minute registration. Right to work in the UK and a valid Counterbalance certificate are required.

Formación

• Right to work in the UK.
• Valid and in date Counterbalance certificate.
• Access to a device to complete an online application.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Good attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Completing warehouse / logistics administration and paperwork.
• Processing orders and updating stock information.
• Booking deliveries in and out of the warehouse.
• Preparing dispatch and delivery documentation.
• Responding to telephone and email enquiries.
• Liaising with warehouse operatives and drivers.
• Maintaining accurate records on computer systems.
• Identifying and reporting stock or paperwork discrepancies.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team when required.
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and organisation.
