The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking a Warehouse Admin to support a busy logistics operation in Heathfield. You will process orders, update stock, and prepare delivery paperwork while coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff.

The role requires organisation, computer literacy, and excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Temporary-to-permanent opportunities and a quick registration process are on offer.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-oriented administrator with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in computer use and basic warehouse software.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to liaise with drivers and warehouse staff.
• Right to work in the UK and reliable, punctual attendance.
• Counterbalance forklift certificate valid and in date.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and update stock information.
• Complete warehouse administration and paperwork.
• Book deliveries in and out of the warehouse.
• Prepare dispatch and delivery documentation.
• Respond to telephone and email enquiries.
• Liaise with warehouse operatives and drivers.
• Maintain accurate records on computer systems.
• Identify and report stock or paperwork discrepancies.
• Support the wider warehouse team as needed.
