The Best Connection are recruiting a Warehouse Administrator for Heathfield to support a busy logistics operation. You will handle orders, stock updates, delivery paperwork and driver liaison in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-driven and computer literate, with previous warehouse admin experience and a valid Counterbalance certificate. Temp-to-perm opportunities and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Counterbalance forklift certificate valid and in date.
• Access to a device to complete online application.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and update stock information.
• Complete warehouse administration and paperwork.
• Book deliveries in and out of the warehouse.
• Prepare dispatch and delivery documentation.
• Respond to telephone and email enquiries.
• Liaise with warehouse operatives and drivers.
• Maintain accurate records on computer systems.
• Identify and report stock or paperwork discrepancies.
• Support the wider warehouse team as needed.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety and organisation.
