Job summary

Pertemps Dudley Industrial is recruiting a Warehouse Admin Clerk for a busy warehouse operation in the West Midlands. This temporary-to-permanent role handles deliveries, stock movements, invoicing and customer queries with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

The role requires clear communication with drivers and suppliers, plus strong organisation and computer skills. Flexible hours available, with a Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday shift and hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse administration or logistics administration.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Professional, helpful approach and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work either Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Deal with delivery drivers, couriers and customers daily.
• Answer telephone calls and resolve customer queries.
• Book deliveries and assist with customer order enquiries.
• Print invoices, purchase orders and delivery paperwork.
• Check deliveries against orders and report discrepancies.
• Book stock in/out using the company POS system.
• Prepare invoices and paperwork for daily deliveries.
• Prepare and check delivery manifests and liaise with suppliers.
• Handle customer collections and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Record stock movements accurately and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Follow health & safety procedures and perform warehouse duties.
