Job summary

Marston Holdings, via Engage Services, is recruiting a Resolution Field Agent to perform UK-wide field visits for resolving utility accounts and reconnecting services. The role is self-employed and part-time (minimum 2 weekdays per week) with a guaranteed daily rate, training, and progression opportunities.

Applicants should have a full UK driving licence, access to their own insured vehicle (ULEZ-compliant in London), a clean DBS check, and a proven ability to negotiate and manage cases while
