Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings group, seeks a Resolution Field Agent to perform field visits for resolving utility accounts and reconnecting services. The role covers commercial and residential properties, with emphasis on customer support and dispute resolution.

Flexible working pattern is offered with a guaranteed daily rate of £130-£150, depending on skills and experience. Training is provided, with opportunities to progress within the organisation across UK regions.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle (required when working within London ULEZ zones)
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history
• CCJs considered in adverse circumstances where repayment arrangements are in place

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties for clients.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services.
• Discuss and resolve utility accounts with customers.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings.
• Provide support to customers experiencing financial difficulties.
• Work in a self-employed, field-based role across UK regions.
