Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings group, seeks a Resolution Field Agent to perform self-employed field visits across the UK. You will resolve utility accounts, reconnect services, and assist customers facing financial difficulties.

A driving licence, own vehicle with business insurance, and a DBS check are required. Flexible working patterns and guaranteed daily rate with full training and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance is required.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle is required when working in London ULEZ zones.
• Clean DBS check is required.
• Healthy credit history is required; CCJs considered if repayment arrangements exist.
• Strong organisational, negotiation, and case-management skills.
• Able to work independently while following policies and objectives.
• Able to identify and manage disputes per company procedures.
• Open to coaching and feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of clients.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services as needed.
• Support customers experiencing financial difficulties and facilitate reconnection where appropriate.
• Take accurate utility meter readings as part of visits.
