Job summary

Engage Services is seeking Resolution Field Agents in the United Kingdom to perform field visits for utility and financial-service clients. You will work as a self-employed agent with guaranteed daily rates and flexible hours, including 2 weekdays per week.

Training is provided and opportunities to progress within the business, across postcodes. Ideal candidates hold a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle with business insurance, and a compliant DBS history while meeting policy

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle when working in London.
• Clean DBS check and healthy credit history.
• CCJs considered if repayment arrangements are in place.
• Strong organisational and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently within policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services as required.
• Support customers experiencing financial difficulty with available options.
• Take accurate utility meter readings when needed.
