Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Check candidates' ID documents and book them in on the system.
• Ensure the integrity and security of tests are maintained.
• Supervision and invigilation of tests.
• Explain the test process to candidates and assist with queries.
• Review tests and test centre schedule.
• Perform daily test centre opening and closing procedures.
• Meet candidate needs in line with the Equality Act and inclusion approach.
• Handle and report incidents that could impact testing.
