Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of leading or supervising a team.
• Full UK driving licence due to role requirements.
• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Flexible in working hours and days, including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Checking candidates' ID documents and booking them in on the system.
• Supervision and invigilation of tests.
• Delivery of site opening and closing procedures.
• Coaching and supporting Test Centre Associates.
• Reviewing test centre schedule to organize accommodations.
• Notifying DVSA HR of absences for alternative cover.
• Providing management support to the Test Centre Manager as required.
• Handling and reporting incidents following incident management procedures.
