Job summary

Reed in Partnership Ltd in Sunderland is seeking a Test Centre Associate to support the DVSA testing programme. You will invigilate exams, deliver tests securely, and provide friendly customer service to candidates.

Flexible shifts are available (part-time or occasional hours), with typical patterns including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. A full UK driving licence is requested though not required for all locations.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure to short timescales.
• Experience with diverse customer groups.
• Excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
• Flexible working hours including evenings and Saturdays.
• Full UK driving licence (driving not required for all locations).

Responsibilities

• Providing a high level of customer service
• Checking candidates' ID documents and booking them in on the system
• Ensuring the integrity and security of tests
• Supervision and invigilation of tests
• Explaining the test process to candidates and supporting with other queries
• Reviewing tests and test centre schedule
• Performing daily test centre opening and closing procedures
• Ensuring the test centre meets candidate needs in line with Equality Act and inclusion
• Handling and reporting incidents that could impact candidate testing
