Job summary

Reed in Partnership in Newcastle is seeking a Senior Test Centre Associate to oversee exam invigilation and ensure the smooth delivery of tests. You will manage shift operations, verify candidate IDs, and help maintain exam integrity across the DVSA programme.

The role offers flexible part-time or occasional hours, with shifts ranging from mornings to evenings, and opportunities to support a busy test centre while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible in working hours, including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Check candidates' IDs and booking them in on the system.
• Supervise and invigilate tests.
• Delivery of site opening and/or closing procedures.
• Coach and support Test Centre Associates.
• Review test centre schedule to identify bookings and arrange non-standard accommodations.
• Notifying the DVSA HR team of employee absences to allow alternative cover.
• Providing management support to the Test Centre Manager as required.
• Handling and reporting incidents that could impact candidate testing in line with procedures.
