Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a Test Centre Administrator for Hastings, UK. The role pays £13.60 per hour with minimum contracted hours of 8.25 per week and requires reliability for early starts and shifts.

You will sign in candidates, explain the testing process, invigilate exams and ensure compliance and security at the centre. Flexibility is essential as hours rotate and may include ad-hoc coverage at other centres or during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in using computers including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Flexible, will be able to work different days and times.
• Willing to travel to other test centres to provide support.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Processing candidates’ sign-in and explaining the test process to them.
• Administering and invigilating tests
• Ensure all compliance standards relating to the test centre operation and security protocols are adhered to
