Job summary

Pearson VUE in Bangor, UK is hiring a Test Centre Administrator to support exam delivery and candidate services at our busy centre. You will welcome and check-in candidates, verify IDs, assist with test procedures, and keep the centre tidy and secure.

Flexibility to work shifts Tue–Sun and some Saturdays is required; pay is £13.60 per hour, paid monthly. Ideal applicants have English and Maths school qualifications, basic IT skills (Word/Excel/Outlook), and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
• Comply with exams testing security and procedures and follow company policies.
• Verify customer identification documents and explain exam testing process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal IT teams as needed.
• Assist with housekeeping and maintain a tidy test centre.
