Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a Test Centre Administrator for our Mile End location in the United Kingdom. You will support secure exam delivery and exceptional customer service in a busy test centre environment.

The role is limited to 3 months with a pay rate of £14.80 per hour and requires availability Monday through Saturday, including late nights. Join a global organisation known for shaping the assessment industry and helping candidates on their learning and certification journeys.

Qualifications

• Welcomes, greets and check-ins customers/test-taking candidates.
• Complies with exams security and procedures; follows company policies.
• Verifies customer/candidate identification and explains exam process rules.
• Proctors/invigilates candidates during exams/tests.
• Troubleshoots with IT to fix centre issues.
• Performs housekeeping duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
• Comply with all exams testing security and procedures and follow company policies using careful judgment.
• Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents and explain the exam testing process/rules.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates while they are completing their exam/test.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments, such as IT, to fix technical issues in the Test Centre.
• Some housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations.
