Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a Test Centre Administrator to join our Mile End team in the UK. The role requires a minimum 12 hours per week and a 6-month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

You will work at the Pearson VUE Test Centre, supporting candidates, ensuring secure exam delivery, and delivering excellent customer service in a busy testing environment. Pay is £13.60 per hour, with monthly payments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
• English and Math education at school level required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
• Ensure exam security and follow procedures.
• Verify candidate identification and explain rules.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams.
• Troubleshoot IT or equipment issues in the Test Centre.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean testing area.
