Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking a supervisor to manage on-site operations, including floor supervision and staff oversight. The role involves acting as the on-site manager during absences and handling cash, banking and admin duties while ensuring high standards of customer service.

You will promote offers, provide refreshments, manage change for customers, and take part in ID checks in line with Challenge 25 and gambling legislation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise venue floor and staff on shift.
• Act as manager in the absence of the regular manager.
• Carry a master cash float and perform key holding duties.
• Assist with admin tasks and collections/banking.
• Handle customer service escalations.
