SENse Learning is seeking passionate teachers to provide one-to-one support for SEND learners in a trauma-informed, holistic setting. Roles are offered as self-employed associates with rolling referrals, and interviews are arranged as applications arrive.

You will work across in-home, community, and hybrid environments, choosing how many referrals to take and tailoring sessions to individual student needs. Training and safeguarding compliance are emphasized.

Formación

• 2+ years of post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references are required.
• Based in the UK with right to work, including for remote/online work.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people with a range of needs, often with complex backgrounds.
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring and mentoring tailored to needs, EHCPs, and risk assessments.
• Plan sessions and share progress updates with the student’s team.
