Job summary

SENse Learning invites qualified tutors to join a mission-driven team delivering bespoke, one-to-one sessions for SEND learners across KS1–KS5. You will plan and deliver trauma-informed tutoring, build strong relationships, and coordinate with parents and schools to tailor interventions.

Roles offer in-person, hybrid, and remote options with flexible scheduling to fit client needs, plus ongoing support from the SENse Learning community and safeguarding framework.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a trauma-informed way.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS required.
• Ability to work in a child-centred, holistic way and adapt curriculum to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with children and young people with diverse needs.
• Provide in-person, online/remote and hybrid tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan lessons, report on progress and provide regular feedback to parents, carers or schools.
