TeacherActive is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support students with SEND at a Mansfield-based school. You will assist across day-to-day bookings, helping learners aged 16-25 access education with patience and adaptability.

The role requires a valid DBS or willingness to obtain one, experience with SEND, and strong communication and teamwork. Flexible working patterns are available through the agency, with competitive PAYE rates and ongoing CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children, young people or adults with SEND.
• A valid DBS, or willingness to obtain the checks.
• Able to work with students aged 16-25 with additional needs.

Responsibilities

• Support across day-to-day bookings for learners with SEND.
• Assist individuals and groups to access education and engage in school life.
