Job summary

A leading legal services provider seeks a self-employed Estate Planning Consultant to join their growing team. In this role, you'll have the flexibility to manage your own workload while helping customers with their estate planning needs. You'll attend appointments, generate business, and discuss legal products like Wills and Trusts. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in estate planning or will writing and a strong understanding of legal principles, along with excellent interpersonal skills and IT literacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate planning or will writing with relevant qualifications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and empathetic nature.
• Ability to explain complex legal information clearly.
• Confident presentation skills and engaging communication.

Responsibilities

• Attend appointments generated by the company.
• Self-generate at least 50% of new business.
• Discuss benefits of estate planning products.
• Draft legal documents with Co-op Legal Services support.
• Deliver seminars and talks to community groups.
• Identify customer needs and take accurate instructions.
• Use Estate Planning Assistant software to capture instructions.
