East of England Co‑operative is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help our store deliver excellent customer service, ensure product availability and store presentation, and support compliance. You’ll be part of a friendly team that engages with the local community and contributes to the store’s ongoing growth.

The role emphasises flexibility, broad availability including evenings and weekends, and opportunities to develop through training and apprenticeship programmes.
