Responsibilities

  • Support individuals who are hard to engage; talk to families for holistic understanding.
  • Act as an empathetic advocate, promoting service users' rights.
  • Respond to housing, social isolation, education, debt, and employment challenges.
  • Provide the court with relevant information in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with referring agencies as a single point of contact for health.
  • Work autonomously, managing own time according to workload.
