Perfect Placement is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for a well-established automotive business in Melton Mowbray. The role offers flexible hours with options for full-time or part-time work and sits within a busy Aftersales team.

Key duties include greeting customers, managing bookings, preparing estimates, and explaining invoices. A strong customer service ethos and full UK driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive customer-facing role.
• Solid knowledge of the motor trade and automotive servicing processes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Managing customer bookings, vehicle intake, and workshop scheduling.
• Advising customers on required work and appropriate solutions.
