Aston Autopark is seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales team. This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with a 6:00pm finish and a start time around 12:00pm under a flexible contract, including a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota.

Key duties include front of house reception, booking management, invoicing, and upselling through the vehicle health check process. A strong motor trade background and IT proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Motor trade experience in this role or similar.
• Great organisational skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Highly motivated.
• Team player.
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Front of house reception / counter – meet and greet.
• Maintain customer service levels, meeting targets set and deadlines.
• Look after customer bookings and checking vehicles.
• Advise customers on course of action and invoice any work, whilst maximising upsell through the vehicle health check process.
• Encourage customer satisfaction via exit handover and follow-up contact.
• Prepare invoices, explain and take payments.
• Produce estimates for repair costs and times.
• Quote and sell service plans.
