Responsibilities

• Support individuals to develop independent living skills per person-centred plans.
• Work with Team Leaders to implement individual and group support programmes.
• Promote a safe living and working environment and manage conflicts using appropriate techniques.
• Ensure medication storage and administration follows policy.
• Complete service documentation and reporting per guidelines.
• Attend training and follow Health & Safety policies.
