Job summary

Qualifications

• Essential numeracy and literacy skills are required.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork are essential.
• Desirable: experience in health and social care field.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to develop independent living skills per person-centred plans.
• Assist with domestic or social skills and personal care.
• Work with Team Leaders to implement individual and group support programmes.
• Promote a safe living environment and manage conflicts using appropriate techniques.
• Ensure medications are stored and administered per policy where required.
• Record and log information according to service reporting guidelines.
• Attend training and stay compliant with Health & Safety policies.
