Job summary

Praxis Care is seeking dedicated Support Workers for 37.5 hours per week at Glenroyd and Ingledene on the Isle of Man. You will support adults with disabilities and complex conditions, focusing on independence through person-centred plans and community access.

Responsibilities

• Support and empower individuals in the community to develop independent living skills per plans.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to implement individual and group support programs.
• Promote a safe working environment and resolve conflicts using appropriate techniques.
• Ensure medication is stored and administered according to policy when necessary.
• Record and log important information per reporting guidelines.
• Stay informed about policies including Health & Safety and participate in related training.
