Job summary

Co-op is looking for Customer Team Members in Bury to help keep shelves stocked and deliver friendly service. Roles may include post office, bakery or online order packing, with a part-time, permanent contract and regular overtime. Training is provided and 18+ eligibility applies.

You will join a team in a fast-moving Co-op store, supporting daily operations, promotions, and community engagement in a local setting.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 or over to apply.
• Full, paid training provided.
• Experience in retail is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, thoughtful service to customers on the shop floor and tills.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Help maintain shelves, prices, dates and stock accuracy.
• Support in-store bakery, post office or online order packing as needed.
• Promote Co-op membership to customers.
• Contribute to a safe, legal and welcoming shopping environment.
