Job summary

Co-op Group in Bradford-on-Avon is looking for Customer Team Members to deliver friendly, helpful service in your local Co-op store. You’ll work as part of a fast-moving team across duties in-store, post office, bakery, or order-picking for home delivery.

Full training provided, with a part-time contract at 12 hours per week plus overtime. Must be 18+; you’ll support shelf-stocking, pricing checks, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping people and delivering great service.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts as part of a team.
• Interest in retail; experience not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, thoughtful service and help with store operations.
• Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Shop floor, tills, bakery duties and assist with home-delivery orders.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices, dates and stock accuracy.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community.
