Job summary

Co-op is hiring Customer Team Members for our local store in the United Kingdom. The role offers 12 hours per week with regular overtime, a permanent part-time contract, and 13.04 GBP per hour. Shifts include early mornings, weekends, and possible bakery duties with full paid training.

You must be 18 or over and able to start around 6am to 10pm as needed. You will join a friendly team delivering essential services, shelving, pricing accuracy, and supporting post office or online order tasks

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 or over.
• Flexible across shifts including weekends.
• Interest in retail; experience not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers.
• Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Handle tills, shop floor tasks, and bakery duties as needed.
• Maintain shelves, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community.
