Job summary

Co-op Group is seeking Customer Team Members at our local Co-op store. This part-time role is 21 hours per week with regular overtime on a two‑month temporary contract, including early mornings, afternoons and at least one weekend shift. You may work in the bakery, post office, or assisting with online orders, delivering friendly service to customers.

Full paid training is provided. You will help keep shelves stocked, support sales, promote Co-op membership, and contribute to a positive shopping

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and a genuine passion for helping people.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers.
• Keep the store running smoothly with your team.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor, tills, bakery, and contribute to daily operations.
