Job summary

Co-op Group is seeking Customer Team Members in a UK store to deliver friendly, helpful service and support everyday community needs. Roles include working in the store, post office or bakery, with duties from stocking shelves to operating tills and packing orders for delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers and help put things right when needed.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Move hands-on on the shop floor, tills and in-store bakery and contribute to daily operations.
• Help maintain store performance by keeping shelves stocked and checking prices, dates and stock accuracy.
• Make sure the store is safe and legal with correct prices, dates and temperatures.
