Job summary

Co-op Group is seeking Customer Team Members to join our local store in the community. You’ll work as part of a friendly team, delivering fast, friendly service across in-store operations, post office, bakery, or online order pick/pack duties.

This role offers full training, part-time hours with early mornings and weekend shifts, and pay of £13.04 per hour. You will help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and promote Co-op membership while supporting local charities.

Qualifications

• Customer service in busy retail setting.
• Willing to work flexible shifts incl. weekends.
• Interest in retail and helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, helpful service to customers.
• Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Hands-on on shop floor, tills, bakery, and daily operations.
• Keep shelves stocked and check prices and stock accuracy.
• Ensure store safety, price accuracy, and temperatures where needed.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community.
